From the Movie Tommy Boy ‘Callahan’ T Shirt

Released in 1995, Tommy Boy is a favorite of many Chris Farley fan’s the world over. It was produced by  Lorne Michaels, the creator of the Saturday Night Live television show that  made Chris famous.

Chris plays  the character, Tommy Callahan Jr., the son of “Big Tom” Callahan, played by Brian Dennehey.  Tommy’s been the family joke, partying and getting a D average in school, but still graduates.He goes to work at Callahan Auto Parts, as well as finds out his dad is getting married soon, bringing him a step-brother.

Tommy’s father unfortunately meets his fate at his wedding, and the company is left in the balance. Some want the company to be sold, while others want it to remain in the family. They make a deal that if Tommy can be a succesful salesman, the company will remain with the Callahan family. This is where Richard Hayden come in (played by David Spade), a more knowledgable employee that can help Tommy learn the business, and where the film really takes off.
